「Remix宣言」是影展的常勝軍，志在對抗壟斷人類文化產業的嚴格著作權法，以捍衛更自由更大器的創作環境，導演 Brett Gaylor是網路運動者，深入的探討這個重要而棘手的版權議題，為了讓影片可以合法播出，還雇用了強大的律師團護航，並且將影片放在網站上，邀請大家進一步Remix，創造新的內容。
